Guglielmo helped the women’s soccer team open SUNYAC Conference play with a 1-0-1 record this past weekend against Cortland and Oswego.

On Saturday, Melissa had two goals against Oswego in defeating the Lakers 4-1. Her first goal came in the 2nd minute of play when she received the ball at the top of the 18, made a chop to her right and struck the ball back across the keeper to the back post.

Guglielmo added her second goal of the game in the 90th minute with a header into the net off a flicked on corner kick.

Melissa currently has 2 goals for four points on the season.
