Junior Jake Quigley shut down No. 10 Rowan to open the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational on Friday. He went 8.0 innings with 106 pitches, holding the Profs to five hits and one run. Quigley matched his season high with six strikeouts while recording a 1.13 ERA and .75 WHIP.
