Sophomore Ryley finished the week 3-1 with a tech fall and a major decision over the past weekend. In Oneonta's dual against Oswego, Monica scored a 16-1 tech fall in 7:00 against David Hammerle and helped the Red Dragons defeat the Lakers, 26-20. At the Red Dragon Quad, Monica handled Wesleyan's Kellen Horst for a 12-0 major, then he defeated Ithaca's Christopher Reddy in a 5-1 decision. Monica ended his regular season as the sixth ranked 165-pounder in Region 2.
