LiCastri scored two falls and finished 3-0 to win the 197 lb. open at the NYS Collegiate Championships. He began the day with a 42 second fall against Oswego, then moved onto the finals with an 11-3 major decision over Army Prep. LiCastri went up against Army Prep in the first-place match and pinned Whitworth in 40 seconds.
