Omou is a four-year member of the track & field program and is the team's top long jumper. Omou also competes in the short sprints and relays. During the indoor season of 2020, she was able to post personal best marks in the long jump, 60 and 200-meter dashes.
Omou is majoring in Dietetics and has earned multiple honors for her academic accomplishments. She has been named to the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll twice, is a Dean's List student while being inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society. Omou is currently serving as President of The International Students Organization club on campus and is a member of both the Nutrition for Performance Club and OPROS.
Omou is currently a dietary aid at A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta and has volunteered in her hometown of Glen Ridge for Halt Hunger, which is a self organized food drive that collects food for the local community foodbank.
