Scotti transferred to Oneonta for the 2018 season as a goalkeeper. During his first season he was 1-1 in two starts allowing a pair of goals and making six saves. Last fall, he was 7-2 overall in nine starts allowing 11 goals and making 33 saves.

Scotti is a criminal justice major and hopes to be a police officer for NYPD or Suffolk County.

"Frank is a quality goalkeeper and has been successful at the college level. He led Suffolk CC to the NJCAA Final Four as a freshman, and has started games for us at Oneonta these past two years. He has all the attributes needed to be a top DIII goalkeeper in the SUNYAC." Head Coach Iain Byrne.
