SUNY Oneonta Athletics

Bonadies joined the cross country team in the fall of 2018.  In 2019, she established herself as the team's top runner leading them at both the SUNYAC and NCAA Atlantic Regional championship meets.  After running a personal best 6K time of 25:18 at the Hoffman Invitational hosted by U Albany, Bonadies matched that time at the SUNYAC and Atlantic Regional championships.  Her season performance earned her the MVP of the cross country team.

Bonadies is majoring in Psychology and is a DEan's List student.  She is also a volunteer firefighter back in her hometown of Mount Kisco.
