Bonadies was the lone event winner for Oneonta this past Saturday at the Bomber Invitational. Bonadies was victorious in the 3K nearly eclipsing the 11-minute barrier. Her time of 11:02.39 was a personal best time for the event.

Her time currently has her in the 10th spot in the SUNYAC conference.
