Longo helped the men’s cross country team finish in third place at the SUNYAC Championships hosted by SUNY Fredonia this past weekend. It equaled their best finish.

John came in eleventh place overall. He completed the 8K course with a time of 27:01.27. The 11th place is John’s best finish at the SUNYAC championships.

Longo earned SUNYAC All-Conference Second Team honors.
