Bernstein helped the men’s indoor track & field team score 86.5 points to finish 4th overall at the SUNYAC championship meet on Sunday.
Bernstein entered the meet as the top seed in both the 60 and 200-meter dashes. He left Geneva with the fastest times in both events including a meet record in the 200. He won the 60 in a time of 6.92 while he crossed the line in the 200 in a time of 21.67. His time in the 200 broke the meet record set last year by Justin Allen of Buffalo State, who ran a time of 21.76.
Bernstein was also the lead leg for the 4x400-meter relay that missed a SUNYAC title by .01 seconds as they came in second with a time of 3:24.09.
