Timmons helped the women’s track & field team finish third with 121 points this past weekend at the Class of ‘32 Invitational hosted by Colgate University.
She broke her own school record once again in th 20-lbs. weight throw. Timmons captured first place in the event with a toss of 16.75m (54’-11.5”), which is nearly three inches past her previous record. She also won the shot put with a distance of 11.16m (36’-7.5”).
Timmons currently stands 7th in the NCAA Division III standings with her toss this past weekend in the weight throw. She was also chosen as the Katie Almeter Female Athlete of the Meet.
