TROY, N.Y. - The Oneonta women's swimming & diving team fell 182-71 to RPI in dual meet action on Saturday afternoon.

The meet opened with the 400-yard medley relay, with Oneonta taking fourth. Senior Alli LaBarbera (Lynbrook, NY/Lynbrook), juniors Alexandria Bard (Duanesburg, NY/Duanesburg), Raina Willie (Stony Brook, NY/Ward Melville Senior), and freshman Mary Bush (Binghamton, NY) finished at 4:49.32.

Labarbera took fifth in the 200-yard freestyle at 2:12.35, while freshman Madeleine Cantwell (Buffalo, NY/Amherst Central) was sixth at 2:24.76. Junior Ashtyn Murphy (St. Cloud, MN) touched fifth in the 100-yard backstroke at 1:09.46, and junior Alaska Lilliock (Malone, NY/Franklin Academy) was sixth at 1:11.91.

In the 100-yard breaststroke, freshman Sydney Richards (Rochester, NY) swam a 1:19.33 for third overall. Freshman Krista Broussard (Chesterfield, VA/Thomas Dale) took fourth at 1:24.80, while Willie was fifth at 1:29.08.

LaBarbera continued with a second-place performance in the 50-yard freestyle at 26.45. Lilliock earned third at 28.36 and Broussard touched fourth at 28.98.

Richards claimed third place in the 100-yard freestyle at 1:01.43, while Lilliock took fourth at 1:02.50.

In the 200-yard backstroke, Bard finished second overall at 2:26.32, while Murphy was third with a 2:34.36. Cantwell grabbed fourth at 2:36.85. Junior Ronnie Coe (Oneonta, NY/Oneonta) placed second in the 200-yard breaststroke at 3:16.92.

Senior Alyssa Thompson (Montgomery, NY/Valley Central) was second in the 500-yard freestyle at 6:33.13, while sophomore Destiny Duckworth (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Valley) took third at 7:20.99.

Richards closed out with a second-place finish in the 400-yard IM at 5:35.80.

Oneonta's 400-yard freestyle relay of LaBarbera, Broussard, Bard, and Lilliock placed second at 4:07.63.

Oneonta next competes against Hartwick on Saturday, November 8 at 1 p.m.
