SUNY Oneonta Athletics

Jackie Walsh, who is a native of Binghamton, N.Y., is one of a quartet of athletes, including fellow inductee Wheeler, that brought honor and recognition to Oneonta in the sport of swimming and diving.

Walsh was a six-time All-American in 1-meter and 3-meter diving while winning the Division III National Championship in 1978 in the 3-meter event.  He is the last diver from the College to be crowned as national champion in the 3-meter board.
