Altamont McKenzie, who is living now in his native country of Jamaica, is another one of the great soccer players the school's history. He was a member of the 1972 team that played for the College Division Championship, and he amassed 50 points during his four-year career.
He was a four-year All-SUNYAC selection and a three-time All-New York State Honorable Mention choice as well as a First Team selection in 1972.
After graduation he played professionally in the North American Soccer League and was a member of the Jamaican National Team from 1978 to 1980. He was also All-New York State in track and field as a member of the 440-yard relay team.
